آنسو سے متعلق دلچسپ اور حیرت انگیز معلومات

آنکھیں اﷲ عزوجل کی بہت بڑی نعمت ہیں ۔وہ آلہ جس سے اس دنیا کی رونقوں کو ہم ملاحظہ کرتے ہیں ۔انہی آنکھوں سے ماں باپ کی زیارت،انہی آنکھوں سے بیت اﷲ کے جلوے،انہی آنکھوں سے روضہ رسول صلی اﷲ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی زیارت ۔آہ !کیا بتائیں !کتنی بڑی نعمت ہے ۔جو اس نعمت سے محروم ہے اس سے پوچھیے یہ کتنی بڑی نعمت ہے ۔کیا اہمیت ہے ان دیدوں کی ۔ان آنکھوں کی ۔

محترم قارئین :آج ہم اسی آنکھ سے ٹپکنے والے آنسوؤں کے متعلق آپ کو دلچسپ معلومات بتائیں گے ۔آنسوؤں تو ہر آنکھ سے ٹپکتا ہے۔ کسی آنکھ سے غم کی وجہ سے، کسی آنکھ سے خوشی کے آنسو تو کسی آنکھ سے خوف خدا، کسی آنکھ سے یاد مصطفٰی میں سیل اشک رواں ہوجاتے ہیں۔
تو سنیے قدرت کے عطاکردہ اس آنسوکے بارے میں :

آنسو ، اشکی غدود(Lacrimal Glands)کی رطوبت ہیں۔ یہ آنکھ کے ڈھیلے (Eyeball)کی شفاف بیرونی تہ یا جھلی، قرنیہ( (Cornea)کو مسلسل دھوتے رہتے ہیں ۔ یہ اس پر موجود بیرونی ذرات مثلاً گرد یا بال وغیرہ مسلسل صاف کرتے رہتے ہیں۔ آنسو، قرنیہ کو خشک ہونے سے بھی بچاتے ہیں۔ قرنیہ کے خشک ہونے کا نتیجہ اندھے پن کی صورت میں نکل سکتا ہے۔ ہر آنکھ میں، آنکھ کے پپوٹے (Eyelid) کے پیچھے ایک اشکی غدود موجود ہوتا ہے.

یہ آنکھ کے پپوٹے کے نیچے موجود چھوٹی چھوٹی نالیوں کے ذریعے اپنا مائع خارج کرتے ہیں۔ ہر بار آنکھ جھپکانے کی صورت میں اشکی غدود سے مائع ان نالیوں میں پہنچ جاتا ہے۔ جب کوئی شخص شدید جذبات ، جیسا کہ غم یا غصے کے زیراثر ہوتا ہے تو اشکی غدود کے گرد موجود عضلات تن جاتے ہیں اور آنسو خارج ہونے لگتے ہیں۔ دل کھول کر ہنسنے کی صورت میں بھی یہی عمل وقوع پذیر ہوتا ہے۔ آنکھ کے ڈھیلوں پر سے گزرنے اور انہیں دھونے کے بعد، آنسو آنکھ کے اندرونی حصے میں موجود اشکی نالیوں (Lacrimal Ducts) سے باہر چہرے پر بہنے لگتے ہیں۔

حقائق:بیشتر نمکیات محلول پر مشتمل آنسوؤں میں بیکٹیریا کے خلاف مدافعت کرنے والے مادے بھی پائے جاتے ہیں۔ اس کے علاوہ ان میں پروٹین ہوتی ہے، جو آنکھوں کو مختلف بیماریوں سے محفوظ رکھتی ہے ۔

طبی ماہرین کے مطابق آنسوؤں می ایک بیکٹریایا ایسا مادہ ہوتا ہے جو ہمارے اعصابی نظام کو کسی بڑے انتشار سے بچانے کی کوشش کرتا ہے۔ انسان کو جب کوئی شدید صدمہ پہنچتا ہے تو اس کے جسم میں دو قسم کے ہارمونز بڑی مقدار میں پیدا ہوتے ہیں۔ جنھیں strees hormons کا نام دیا جاتا ہے۔ یہ ہارمونز ہمیں رونے پر آمادہ کرتے ہیں اور مشکل وقت میں اعصابی نظام کو کسی بڑے خطرے کا شکار ہونے سے بچانے کے لیے انسان رو دیتا ہے اور دراصل آنسو ہمارے جسم کو نقصان دہ عناصر سے محفوظ رکھتے ہیں۔ ماہرین کے مطابق آنسو بلڈ پریشر کو نارمل رکھتے ہیں۔ اور ذہنی دباؤ کو کم کرنے کے ساتھ اگر جلد پر چھوٹی موٹی خراشیں پڑ جائیں تو آنسو کا پانی چہرے کو شاداب کردیتا ہے۔ ماہرین نفسیات کے مطابق آنسو کا روکنا کسی طور پر ٹھیک نہیں۔ جسم میں دباؤ پیدا کرنے عوامل کو آنسو بہا کر لے جاتے ہیں۔ آپ نے دیکھا ہوگا آنسو بہانے کے بعد کچھ بوجھ ہلکا محسوس ہوتا ہے۔ انسان اپنے آپ کو قدرے مطمئن محسوس کرتا ہے۔ جیسا کہ ندامت کے آنسو ہی کی مثال لے لیں ۔
